All orders for this week to be posted on 31st Jan 26. We are closed from 1st Feb-5th Feb.
Orders placed during this period will ship by 7th Feb.

All terms and conditions within apply to all services and products performed by Exordium Services Pty. Ltd., and all other subsidiaries of Exordium Services Pty. Ltd., including but not limited to its agents and employees. 

Any reference to the ‘client’ will be taken to refer to the client, customers, it’s agents, its employees and anyone acting on behalf of the client with their permission.

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and unless otherwise stated includes GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that these prices are correct at the time of writing and or publication, Exordium Services Pty Ltd., reserves the right to adjust the prices in accordance with its current pricing structures at any time and without notice.

Exordium Services Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any products that are delayed due to situations that are beyond its reasonable control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client.

Payment is required prior to dispatch on all online orders.

Shipping Information

We have a postage calculator that determines costs dynamically on all orders within Australia.

This may not apply for International orders. International orders could incur added freight charges. This will be manually calculated and charged by weight, for accurate postage cost.

At Exordium Services Pty. Ltd., we promise to post your order as quickly as we can. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your payment and carefully pick your order ready for shipping. Don’t forget, Exordium Services Pty. Ltd., takes a much-needed break on weekends and public holidays – which means if you place an order Friday, we’ll get started on it the following week. We dispatch orders through Australia Post and / or Courier Services (the average shipping time is 3-5 business day/ Handling time is usually 1 day). It could take longer in remote locations. We process Australia Express Post orders up to 11:00 a.m. each business day.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t forget to check your junk mail too! As automated emails can often lead to your junk emails.
